  耐熱高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)小麥新品種中麥895的選育與應(yīng)用獲得了2019年農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部中華農(nóng)業(yè)科技獎(jiǎng)科研成果一等獎(jiǎng)。為與同行進(jìn)行交流,交換意見(jiàn),研究團(tuán)隊(duì)從已發(fā)表的論文中挑選25篇編成本書(shū),對(duì)中麥895的主要特性做了系統(tǒng)深入研究,書(shū)中分四部分,分別為:耐熱性和產(chǎn)量性狀;根系與肥料利用效率;抗病性與黑胚;加工品質(zhì)與營(yíng)養(yǎng)特性。其主要內(nèi)容體現(xiàn)三點(diǎn)創(chuàng)新性:一,用建立起的高通量田間表型鑒定技術(shù)分析表明,中麥895攜帶4個(gè)高千粒重和灌漿速率QTL,這是其耐高溫和高產(chǎn)廣適的主要原因;二,攜帶1個(gè)全生育期抗條銹病主效QTL、2個(gè)成株期抗白粉病QTL和1個(gè)抗赤霉病QTL,綜合抗病性好;三,含低分子量麥谷蛋白亞基Glu-A3d等優(yōu)質(zhì)基因,酚酸含量高且穩(wěn)定,營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值高。
