  本書(shū)以游客相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的人格特質(zhì)與不同旅游情境中所產(chǎn)生的情緒反應(yīng)作為切入點(diǎn),將大五類人格維度和積極與消極情緒整合成影響游客對(duì)目的地整體滿意度的前因變量,以中國(guó)大陸赴澳大利亞游客為例,采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程建模分析并揭示了游客滿意度形成的心理機(jī)制。研究結(jié)果證實(shí)了游客人格和情緒反應(yīng)對(duì)游客滿意度的共同影響,情緒反應(yīng)是游客人格特質(zhì)與游客滿意度之間的充分中介變量,從而進(jìn)一步拓展了游客滿意度的理論模型。這將有助于相關(guān)企業(yè)制定出更迎合游客人格取向的營(yíng)銷策略。本書(shū)可作為旅游管理、公共管理、消費(fèi)者行為及中國(guó)市場(chǎng)等研究方向?qū)W者的參考用書(shū),亦適用于高等院校管理專業(yè)及英語(yǔ)專業(yè)的本科生和研究生,以及旅游從業(yè)人員及愛(ài)好旅游人士學(xué)習(xí)與參考。

作者簡(jiǎn)介

  孫旭華,博士,畢業(yè)于澳大利亞南澳大學(xué)商學(xué)院,現(xiàn)為澳中旅游研究協(xié)作中心研究員,國(guó)際博物館協(xié)會(huì)(ICOM)會(huì)員,中國(guó)博物館協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員,香港理工大學(xué)酒店及旅游業(yè)管理學(xué)院訪問(wèn)學(xué)者;在南澳大學(xué)執(zhí)教5年,現(xiàn)就職于南京財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)工商管理學(xué)院;發(fā)表多篇英文論文,出版兩本英文學(xué)術(shù)專著;主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)槁糜蜗M(fèi)者行為、旅游與酒店市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、遺產(chǎn)旅游、中國(guó)出境旅游。
