作者簡(jiǎn)介

　　霍政欣，武漢大學(xué)法學(xué)博士（2005），現(xiàn)為中國(guó)政法大學(xué)副教授、碩士研究生導(dǎo)師、中國(guó)政法大學(xué)國(guó)際私法研究所副所長(zhǎng)；曾赴德國(guó)、奧地利、荷蘭、美國(guó)、韓國(guó)等國(guó)進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)研究，曾經(jīng)或正在主持國(guó)家社科基金、教育部人文社科基金、國(guó)家文物局等多項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)、部級(jí)以及校級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目，并參與數(shù)項(xiàng)國(guó)際合作科研項(xiàng)目。作者的主要專著有：《中國(guó)國(guó)際私法（英文版）》（法律出版社2010年版）、《不當(dāng)?shù)美膰?guó)際私法問(wèn)題》（武漢大學(xué)出版社2006年版），主要譯著有：《法律選擇與涉外司法》（北京大學(xué)出版社2007年版）、《如果你是平等主義者，為何如此富有？》（北京大學(xué)出版社2009年版）、《媒體與信息倫理學(xué)》（北京大學(xué)出版社2009年版）：先后在"American Journal of Comparative Law"，"Asian Pacific Law and Policy Journal"， "Journal of Cambridge Studies"， "Seoul LawJournal"、《法學(xué)研究》、《法學(xué)評(píng)論》、《比較法研究》等國(guó)內(nèi)外刊物上發(fā)表中、英文學(xué)術(shù)論文、譯文及評(píng)論50余篇；其科研與教學(xué)成果曾獲得湖北省第六屆哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、北京市第十屆哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、第五屆中國(guó)高等學(xué)校科學(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)（人文社會(huì)科學(xué)）三等獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)政法大學(xué)第四屆青年教師教學(xué)基本功大賽冠軍等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。
